You can push messages to email IDs in bulk using predefined personalized e-mail templates. The User must be able to send personalized email campaigns with personalized attachment in a specific template. The template will have placeholders, such as $1, $2, or {}1, {}2, and so on and values will be uploaded by the User while creating the campaign. The User can upload the excel file with the values of the place holders and also the email Ids, mobile numbers and unique ID of the attachment. The personalized attachments like e-bills must be stored in SMP system (in a specified location) before the campaign is scheduled. For instance, sending ebill to subscribers with their bill as PDF attachment. SMP platform checks for blacklist (DND), message approval, quiet time, contact policy, approved sender email Ids while processing the email campaigns.
In E-target, the CP User has the option in the GUI to provide the file server IP, port, login credentials, and path. The unique ID in the .CSV/.txt/.XLS file and the attachment name must be same, so that SMP can associate the respective attachment to the email ID. If appropriate attachment is not found from the attachment directory, SMP platform will not process that email ID from the campaign list.
Note: The personal templates must be created to use this feature. The personal template must have the same placeholders as the csv file. The placeholder characters (such as $, {}) used are configurable in the back end.
